In this class we will discuss how much protein we need, how to obtain that from plant foods, the benefits of plant based eating for reducing your risk of chronic disease, and look at different way to incorporate plant based proteins into your meals and snacks. There is NO CHARGE for all programs but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and space is limited.
