2018 Hearts of Hope Campaign Kicks Off
"HEARTS OF HOPE 2018” is a project sponsored by Springfield Medical Care Systems and the Volunteers of Springfield Hospital. Please join us in remembering a loved one, a friend, a co-worker, or someone battling cancer or heart disease in a very special way with a personalized handmade ornament. When you make a contribution of $10 or more, an ornament will be placed on a holiday tree at Springfield Hospital.
All funds will go towards the purchase of items for the support and comfort of our patients at the Springfield Hospital Specialty Clinic (Oncology and Cardiology Patients).
The tree dedication ceremony will be on Thursday, November 29 at 6pm. It will be at the Nolin-Murray Center, Pleasant Street, adjacent to St. Mary’s Church in Springfield, VT. Refreshments will be provided. For all donations received by November 15, the name of your honoree will be included in the program. You may also pick up your ornament(s) at the ceremony.
After the ceremony, the tree will be on display at Springfield Hospital in the Level C Lobby just beyond the main entrance and the Information Desk. If you are unable to attend the dedication ceremony, you may stop by the hospital until December 12 to pick up your ornament(s); otherwise your ornament(s) will be mailed to you or your designee.
Contribution forms will also be available at the Information Desk and Specialty Clinic at Springfield Hospital, at Rockingham Health Center, Ludlow Health Center, Springfield Health Center and Charlestown Health Center in NH.
